’ve worked across industries — including marketing, group risk, education, and L&D. I’ve supported women into leadership roles, coached entrepreneurs to launch and grow, and helped clients completely redefine their relationship with confidence, worth, and success.

I hold an ILM Level 5 qualification in Coaching & Mentoring and I’m a certified Master NLP Practitioner.

But beyond credentials, I’m a space-holder. A light worker.
